We are in the bankruptcy case. When should I stop paying by credit card? ?
My husband was laid off and I was absent from work due to complications in pregnancy. We have fallen behind in our house and some credit cards. We are entering foreclosure and bankruptcy search. I have some credit cards in order. But we're really in trouble and could use the money we pay them monthly on other bills. Should I stop paying for them?
If you are sure to go into bankruptcy, stop paying now. If you have not decided, have to pay.
