I went through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy last year. How I can get the refinancing of certain properties?

I paid on my consitently Chapter 13 to the courts for nearly one-year now. However, I'm still behind on some property I have and the need to refinance all I have. Any idea? No bankruptcy of AHS has not been discharged. ASny private investors out there that would take a chance on a guy who wants to turn around and want to start again?
