I am going to be opening a call center but need a bit of help first. when i try to become a dealer or affiliate of certain services that i want to sell they ask the name of my company. well i am just setting up shop and not sure where to start. what do i need to get the “company” name and requirements and what about sales license etc. online? or do i need to go somewhere in person? appx $$$? services such as cable tv, satellite, tv, satellite radio, internet, phone, home security, mobile phone, maybe even credit repair, etc. all info would be greatly appreciated. i have been working in call centers for a while now and know what it takes to set one up and get the phones to ring and have people who know what they are talking about manning the phones
In most cities there is a free service called SBDC, Small Business Development Center. I am in the process of setting up my company. Seriously, they sit down with you, help you come up with a business plan, get you ‘free’ consultations with experts…example, they gave me the names of 4 lawyers in the area that work with SBDC, and I scheduled my appointment with the normally $170 per hour lawyer. He advised me, helped me decide what type of business to form…believe me, you won’t be disappointed and its a free service…Many of the people doing the consulting are former business owners and their experience and suggestions are very helpful…
They will tell you about any licenses or other requirements that you need to meet…go for it…

Where can I find a legal form letter to send to creditors on my credit report to dispute and/or request them to remove themselves from my credit report?
My ex-husband’s credit items are showing up on my credit report, so I’d like to begin working on getthing that stuff off.

You are doing this the hard way. Just dispute the information online with the credit reporting agencies and let THEM do the work. However, if you name is on these accounts as joint credit, they cannot and will not remove them from your credit. Not even the creditors themselves will do that. However, if these are recent postings on your credit, THEN your ex might be using your identity to obtain credit. If that is happening, you pretty much must press charges against him or else it will appear that you are complacent with his activities.

Ok, this is what i can say, yes credit repair companies can only do what you can do yourself, but like myself there are many other people out there that dont have them time to go 10 times to the post office and send off letters to all credit bureaus and all creditors that are listed on a credit report, sure you can, but you can also fix your own car, mow your own lawn and home school your kids but you dont. Instead you decide to use a professional.
