i mean wats the deal? can they really clear my file and if so can anyone recommend a good one? basically do they really work and how do you tell a legitimate one apart from all the scams out there..

Preventing abuse of the Bankruptcy Act and Consumer Protection 2005

The Bankruptcy Abuse and Protection Act was passed in April 2005 with the initial objective of making it more difficult for consumers to be relieved of their debt under Chapter 7 and people eligible under Chapter 13. With the spirit of the 2005 Act to make it harder for consumers to declare bankruptcy, the actual outcome has not been very different. Many consumers may still qualify for Chapter 7 – almost 85%, as can happen in the means test button.
