How long will a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after filing Take?

I am receiving free legal assistance to file bankruptcy and wondering how long will it take for the whole matter to be finalized after presents everything … Chapter 7 is because I am not work (I am a full time student) and I have no assets.

I filed Chapter 7 last year in Albuquerque and it took about three months. Depends on how busy the court that you filed it.
