My parents went bankrupt and entered once, what happens if our house is in the lock again?
My parents had just dropped a mortgage with the first option, along with a loan from a small company called residential access. I am looking for an online option and found many many consumer complaints, many of them. Almost all complaints, said that resulted in foreclosure after the deposit with them. What should I tell my parents to see the problems that will come? We have been in foreclosure (with another company) once and I do not know what will happen if the first option to send to the closure. How I can avoid this? Then my parents go to another mortgage lender?
