chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge
copy of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge paper work?

I am of the Mass, how I can obtain a copy of my Chapter Working Paper 7 bankruptcy discharge. I have all my other papers. The only thing I can find is a piece of paper that says he was discharged. It was in 2004 I know.

Should be available on PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) unless your district is one of the few districts that do not participate in PACER (probably no, most do). You can also get a copy of your discharge order of the bankruptcy lawyer filed for bankruptcy. You can also go in person to the bankruptcy court when she presented her case and request a copy of the documents. There may be a small copying fee. There is a small fee per page to use PACER, but are not the rate actually charged to consumption in excess of $ 10 in a particular quarter.

I went through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy last year. How I can get the refinancing of certain properties?

I paid on my consitently Chapter 13 to the courts for nearly one-year now. However, I'm still behind on some property I have and the need to refinance all I have. Any idea? No bankruptcy of AHS has not been discharged. ASny private investors out there that would take a chance on a guy who wants to turn around and want to start again?

If you have made timely payments to the trustee for the past 12 months, and mortgages are included in the BK, it might be a candidate. Its up to the commissioner under of time. FHA will allow CH. 13 voluntary redundancies, if there is enough equity in the property and you can prove your income. They credit score are not driven. If your mortgage is out of BK and is back, looking for a hard money loan. It is mainly driven equity. For more information visit www.530lending.com

Chapter 13 bankruptcy and Credit (PD)?

Me and my husband have been in Chapter 13 bankruptcy 3 1 / 2 years. We ran a little months behind on our last payment and talked with our lawyer and said we could do a partial chapter 13 discharge. We can emerge from bankruptcy with 75% of our debt paid and free. How does this affect a credit vs out now sticking out the remaining nine months with100% paid?

I've never dealt with the partial discharge …. that are very difficult to get, so grateful that you can convince the court to allow it. But I really do not think you're going to have any effect. Reports of bankruptcy is 10 years from the date filed. Thus an early discharge did not get it removed sooner. And from the point of view credit, bankruptcy is a bankruptcy … there is no "good" flavor to it.
