Do agencies Debt Relief really work?

I wonder what peoples experiences are. I have about $ 25,000 in debt credit card and about $ 30,000 in student loans. Credit cards are surprisingly good in my limit. I would be interested in debt consolidation credit card in particular because it seems that these will last forever. Any advice?

Stay away from repair Credit / consolidation / consulting firms. They take their fees in advance and leave your credit card in the trash. Some of his techniques are for stop paying your credit cards until they are completely spent several months negotiating a solution then under the threat of bankruptcy. The work to pay credit card at a time. Thow everything you can on the highest interest rate, while the minimum payment on the rest. When the highest paid, pass the next, until all are paid in full. Of course, you have to stop charging on the cards! It will take 2 to three years for credit cards borne fruit. But once the credit cards are gone, you can begin to pay more in student loans.

Debt Relief Programs Creditors

debt relief programs creditors
I enrolled in a program of Debt Relief. Now I have received a summons from a creditor.?

Representatives of relief Freedom debt told me not to talk to creditors, but now I'm being sued. What should I do?

If you are enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief, you should call your Account Resolution Legal Department (800) 993-8950. This department is incredible – a team with experience and special training in handling legal issues involving creditors. You will be glad to know that, unlike a lot companies, FDR is not based on some "outsourced" service center overseas customer. When you call, you always get one of their homes in the U.S. professionals! I have called this number a few times (I have a member of the family in the program, so I thought I had checked out) and was surprised by the level of knowledge and experience they possess. They are very polite too – none of the "annoying-to-be-speaking to the laity" to find some legal types. I was also very happy to get even with a real person in seconds on every call! Very surprising, given the size of the company. I researched some more and discovered that the Freedom of debt relief has been named to several "Best Places to Work "lists independent surveys in the San Francisco / Silicon Valley (where they are based) and Phoenix (where they also have offices). This does not surprise me, because their happiness of the employees employment is clearly evident through the phone. But I must say I am impressed with a company which makes a "Best Places to Work" in the list of the San Francisco / Silicon Valley. With the likes of Apple, Google, eBay, Craigslist and Twitter all locations plants in the area as well, you know the bar to be among the "best" is set pretty damn high.
