How long before I can buy a home after a Chapter 13 bankruptcy?
If I had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, How long would it take for me to be able to buy a home with the FHA. How long before I approve the creditors for credit. Thanks,
The FHA does not take into account credit. Just look at his ability to refund based on your debt / income.
