"I can get a credit card after bankruptcy?

Hello! I wondered if my mother would be able to get a credit card after filling bankruptcy. There was a lot of bills and she had to raise and spoil what made me buy a lot of bad she could not pay and is now trapped without a credit card.

Anything is possible but very unlikely it will be approved by at least 2 years.
