chapter 13 bankruptcy explained
In need of honest advice …..?

I'm just a very personal request to help a family in need. I knew that would make a criminal background check on me and my husband, and she was not worried because I have never murdered anyone nor possessed weapons or anything like that. However, a year and a half ago, my husband and I separated two months ago and I have a restraining order against him so I could take my peace to work things out without interruption. We decided to work things out and get a grip on life and change for the better. One thing I had to do was to declare bankruptcy, a Chapter 13. Not really a big problem we make payments and better than ever in our relationship as well. In the background check of the restraining order and the failure occurred and I had to explain fully how and why it happened. Now I feel very ashamed and I'm not sure if I can work up close and personal to someone who knows all my ground knowing they will seeing the errors and probably judge me. What should I do?

If they do and is willing to give the job then they accepted his explanation and understand the situation as it was. They have chosen to trust you, regardless of the numbers above and think that life happens and you manage to roll with shock. You do not have to feel ashamed of their past as long as you learned from it. I wish them luck

bankruptcy attorney fees
Bankruptcy ??????? Attorney fees?

You have to go with the lawyer who gives a query about bankruptcy? The time is possible that their fees are high or after hearing what he has to say or take the test means you do not agree with what they say .. Do you still have to go through it? What is a good way of saying thanks but no thanks?

No, you can go to several attorneys for a free consultation. Just tell him you think about it, and say good bye to exit. You are under no obligation if you only use the free consultation period.

I am of the Mass, how I can obtain a copy of my Chapter Working Paper 7 bankruptcy discharge. I have all my other papers. The only thing I can find is a piece of paper that says he was discharged. It was in 2004 I know.

Should be available on PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) unless your district is one of the few districts that do not participate in PACER (probably no, most do). You can also get a copy of your discharge order of the bankruptcy lawyer filed for bankruptcy. You can also go in person to the bankruptcy court when she presented her case and request a copy of the documents. There may be a small copying fee. There is a small fee per page to use PACER, but are not the rate actually charged to consumption in excess of $ 10 in a particular quarter.

"I can get a credit card after bankruptcy?

Hello! I wondered if my mother would be able to get a credit card after filling bankruptcy. There was a lot of bills and she had to raise and spoil what made me buy a lot of bad she could not pay and is now trapped without a credit card.

Anything is possible but very unlikely it will be approved by at least 2 years.
