How to Start a Customer Rewards Program
For ages, customer loyalty programs meant you got a little punch card to tally your purchases so you could eventually be awarded with a free coffee, car wash or sandwich. In the early 1980s, American Airlines decided it wanted to take the idea of nurturing its customer base a big step forward and give fliers something extra special. The airline created the first frequent flyer programs that … sultans of swing by instant credit.AVI
I have bad credit right now (around 540), and I am trying to fix it. I was wondering if the Credit Repair Services are any good? Also, do you have a recommendation for one that is trusted and worth the money?
All credit repair business are in it to make money, they could care less about you and your credit. There is only one way to clean up your credit and that is it works more to earn more money and spend less money so that you can pay off your debt. http://credit-info.we.bs/ So earn more, spend less. Very simple, stays clear of those companies and take responsibility for yourself.
I lost my daughter, went through a divorce, and now have horrible credit. Medical bills, a judgement being garnished, past due car payment, and credit cards past due. I filed bankruptcy before any of this happened. I now have a decent job and right frame of mind to try and fix this. Is it going to be possible to get decent credit again and how? Thanks!
First…I’m very sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter.
Regarding bad credit…the answer is yes it is possible to recover but it’s going to cost you!!! Rebuilding your credit means will have higher interest rates and need a lot of patience and discipline.
As I was reading a few of the answers here they are correct in regards to items remaining on your report of seven years. However, one of the things that most people don’t know is that all debt have a statute of limitations on them.
In the state of California the statute of limitations is 4 years. This means that if a creditor does not take any legal action within the four years – they will not be able to after that. This doesn’t mean that you don’t owe the debt…you will forever owe the debt until it’s paid – and it will remain on your report for the seven years….however, creditors cannot get a judgment against you which means no garnishments or liens.
The reason why I share this information is not to encourage people to not pay debts….but it helps you decide where to better use your money first. For instance, if you find that you have extra money and want to pay a debt….I would pay the one that hasn’t past the statute of limitations first because they still can get a judgment.
I hope this was helpful…and I wish you luck on your journey.

1. Find out your states laws for credit repair organizations, since you would be classified as one.
2. Get your licensing and bonding.
3. Learn the FDCPA.
4. Learn the FCRA.
5. Learn the FTC (and all of the opinion letters)
6. Learn your states statutes.
7. Learn federal statutes.
8. Learn how to deal with original creditors.
9. Learn how to deal with collection agencys.
10. Learn how to deal with the credit bureaus.
11. Learn how to write ‘all’ of the necessary letters.
12. Know what constitutes violations.
That should do for a start.
AND I’m not joking around with what I’ve listed. What I’ve listed MUST be done if you plan to charge people money to repair their credit.

Just from going by your answer to someone – learn that a paid negative is just as bad as an unpaid negative – even if it does say settled.
