Chapter 7 bankruptcy candidate?

I have 23 years of age, with 22,000 in unsecured debt. I know I can not believe how much I messed up my life. Without going into a long story about how or why, it was mostly the game. I 32 000 a year. I guess that makes me a very viable candidate for the chapter 7, even on the basis of new laws. Basically you just have to start over, help me with my problem with the game, but how I can pay that was doing what I do. It is an unrealistic expectation.
