State Of Texas Bankruptcy Cases

How fast can a creditor levy a bank account? – Texas?
I'm asking because a friend in a little trouble financial. The first creditor who has recently submitted a complaint against him and the public is coming this October 1. He plans to go on to contest the claim, but I hope you lose. When obtaining a decree against him, how fast can the creditor of this trial, to place a lien on account of my friend from the day of trial wins? The State of Texas. I ask because my friend has decided to declare bankruptcy anyway, but it takes time to raise funds, and any other information would be appreciated enormously. Thank you. Also forgot to mention that they call the creditor and ask for a postponement of the hearing because they do not think you can lower the work day audience (and it will be difficult to use as well – have a very strict policy on this subject.) What options would be willing to respond in this field?
