Personal Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Information
Sprint phone question?
Ok heres the deal Ampd mobile just filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and so now being a carrier of Ampd I need to go to a new phone company after tues. I am comparing phones and I need some information.
Im looking at the Samsung Upstage and I need to know about CONSUMER reviews preferably if anyone on Yahoo Awnswers has the phone. Ive been to CNET.COM and PHONESCOOP.COM and they have consumer but I want personal feedback.
Back to my question on a scale of 1-10 ranking Sprint. 1 being horrible and 10 being outstanding please tell me. As far as the phone please give me some pros and cons of the phone also. Does the phone have video? Speakerphone? Can you silence the phone? Can I save a song and have the entire song play as my ringtone?

For specific information about Sprint, I recommend checking the forums at www.sprintusers.com, which are frequented by both consumers and Sprint employees (unofficially). There is a whole forum devoted to phone reviews and the regulars are extremely knowledgeable.
I personally have Sprint service – mostly due to lack of options in my area. Their customer service is worse than other carriers I have dealt with (my rating would be 3 – I eventually get what I need to have done, but it often takes several calls), but the phone models seem to be well-tested (rated a 9 – there are bugs but they don’t affect regular phone functions). I tend to purchase high-end, rare phones and keep them for years.
