Threats of credit for collectors, please help me?

Living in Texas. Having a credit collector threatening to garnish my wages (not much) and my bank account (after payment of all invoices). If I had money for a bankruptcy attorney or I do not need advertisement. No legal action (Civil action is not), but was told they can get a legal privilege or trial. The collector asked for any kind of action. I own nothing and owe everything. I delayed in my accounts last year due to many personal problems and when you are late on a credit card that makes it impossible to catch up! Can they garnish my wages?? If we could decorate my bank account, only closed. Do not try to shirk my responsibility, but I can not pay this debt – although I understand is incurred. I had to borrow money just for my son (26 years). Funeral. A simple funeral, core is now more than 9 billion! Please help me

yes you can have a trial and garnish your wages
