I have a credit score of 450. I have outstanding debt of approximately 15,000 that went bankrupt?
I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy for all my personal debts, except my car payment is on time. I managed to maintain credit card accounts with low limits and the remainder were included in bankruptcy. My next hearing is Jan. 30 to determine if my bankruptcy should be rejected by the administrator for failure to file tax returns. My question is: is the following: 1. "I can hold two open credit accounts? 2. would be a rejection of my best bankruptcy on my credit file a rejection? 3. Is that the dismissal was removed from a credit report?
