"I can declare the bankruptcy of an experiment that I lost? Should I continue to pay the legal costs?
This was Past: I have not had a job in six years. I could pay my bills. A credit card company took me to court and I lost. Legal aid would not help me declare bankruptcy because I'm not working. So now I have this case that I lost I know that when I make a little money to file for bankruptcy I can continue to pay the costs legal? Or is it included in the bankruptcy? I live in Ohio after reading through my question, I think that would make this clearer. I lost my case and tell me they have to pay their legal costs when bankruptcy I can include in my fee bankrupcty? Thanks
