What is the Obama rescue plan?
is a Debt Relief or a stimulus package. How do you qualify? Where do you go to apply?
It is U.S. taxpayers / China money. To apply you must be a giant U.S. corporation, a private bank or the IMF. To request that just arrived in good terms with the Obama administration, some members of the House and Senate (test Barney Frank) and / or the Federal Reserve.
