Can anyone give me a list of some debt consolidation nonprofit or legitimate Credit Counseling Organizations? I called a bit line or left my contact information and it seems they are so eager to get my commitment to them to help me with my debt. I do not know if they are sincere or just charge me for their services. I'm new to this type of research organizations, non-profit and only wanted someone with more experience to tell me what to expect or find when I talk to one of these representitive. Thanks for your help!

Two concepts are completely different debt consolidation / settlement and nonprofit management programs debt do not. There is no such thing as a benefit "and not" agricultural debt consolidation. Stay away from any debt consolidation "company that is committed to reducing your payments and debt in half to pay …. debt This is a risky tactic deliberately stop all payments to creditors and the strength of their delinquent accounts to try to colonies. You can never predict how deliberately creditors has not responded to their accounts … that could be placed in 50% … or you can serve a subpoena, dragged to court … and if they win, it is conceivable in a garnishment of wages. Many people who sign with "debt consolidation" companies mistakenly believe that they have the power to force creditors to accept the rules … do not. His creditors have the right to refuse the facilities and take you to court. If you go to debt solution anyway any that the risk, then you can make your own staff. You do not pay anyone to derail your credit score to try settlements … you can free yourself to stop payments to their creditors and forcing its accounts in arrears. Save the money to build an account to negotiate settlements … If the process works, you can settle for less … if not … you see your creditors before the court. If your credit card debt is out of control, you can enter a debt management as an organization nonprofit Consumer Counseling Credit Service (CCCS). They can negotiate reduced interest and payments (but establishments NO). They ask to stop using all credit and reduce their cards. You can get a recommendation: http://www.nfcc.org If you are near or at the point of default on your card you should try to negotiate directly with their creditors rather than go through CCCS.
