Once a bankruptcy is discharged – can it be reversed?
I was discharged from bankruptcy for almost two years and now the president is asking for a large amount of detailed information that I had given my lawyer in 2005. The "Original" lawyer who hired the law firm and left new "lawyer" could not locate most of my file. If it was released – I need to follow up with any of this or am I protected? Can reverse download failure?
Not that I've heard. Can not give you a copy of your file. Still I have mine from when I was injured and had to file.
