I'm being sued for breach of contract on Monday ……?
I have a summons to go to court for breach of contract for a loan staff, I'm struggling paycheck to paycheck, but offered to pay 50 a month for them, he told me not to call a lawyer, which I did and received no response back .. I plan on filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the next two months also. I go to court on Monday, what do you think will happen? Will to seize my bank account? I live in Missouri too.
