Indiana Bankruptcy And Tax Returns
I filed Chapter 7 Indiana in 2008. The administrator has the right to take my tax return?
I received a letter saying performance that I received after the date of filing, including the 2008 is the property of my estate in bankruptcy. I do not understand. I pay all attorney fees from the beginning and was released in August 2008. Can not turned my back on that same pay debt that was rejected?
Bankruptcy judges have wide powers, including making any payment that you can get to give your creditors. The money is owed to one of its assets.
