Who can complain about customer service to a company through bankruptcy?
I bought a shelf Wickes Furniture (Niles, IL) on Saturday and planned sales lady for me to get to him Sunday from its warehouse in Carol Stream, Illinois. I asked for directions and gave me a paper with the times Opening. I realized that store on paper was not open on Sundays. When I asked this, the customer service manager told me I could not help me and the lady Sales said he was done with me. When I asked how they could be so careless, the saleswoman told me "go to hell." Despite that solved the problem with store (which was Saturday night and picked up the library), I wonder who I can file a complaint with the people in customer service? Oh, the floor manager was equally rude and inconsiderate. This is not because they no longer work for Wickes and may be unemployed, is it right or give them an excuse for being so incredibly rude and unhelpful?
No, does not entitle them to treat you well. Even if the company ceases operation, there are still owners or managers who do not care … I guess I would have to contact them! Sorry I could not help more.
