How Bankruptcy Is Good
How I can find a good bankruptcy attorney? Is there a place where people can review the information?
I live in Tennessee. I discovered I have to declare bankruptcy (Chapter 7). Personally I do not know anyone who has filed for bankruptcy, so I can not ask for advice. I hope with the yellow pages and see a lot of lawyer. I have no idea how I work and collect and not have time to have a consultation with each of them. Is there a web site which contains information on lawyers to help choose one or maybe a place where people can write their personal reviews of attorney? Advice would be appreciated, Thanks!
I agree with the first. Call the TN Bar Association's web site is www.tba.org Click on "public", then the first link is "Find a lawyer." To do this, instead of the yellow pages, and I do not know if a lawyer has a complaint about them, always give you the bar's own lawyers.
