Visteon trustee supports examiner to probe plan
NEW YORK, May 5 (Reuters) – The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of auto-parts maker Visteon Corp said she supports equity holders’ request that an examiner be appointed to look more closely into the company’s restructuring plan, according to court papers.
