Getting Copies Of Bankruptcy Documents
A collection agency sue for breach of a mortgage? "
A house that I had entered foreclosure in 2007. It was auctioned for 366K, but the mortgages were for 80K = 320K and 400K. I received a letter from a collection agency Dyck O'neal saying: "Attached is a copy of documents in support of debt Dyck O'Neal. The amount due on the date of this letter, which includes the capital interest and costs is 94K. "The loans were the first with Chase, so I guess to transfer the account to collections. The situation where I am is too long to explain and very complex, but I have that amount of money to pay these people. What are my options? Do I need a lawyer and if so, what kind of lawyer who must obtain a real estate lawyer or what? I have no idea what to do and I am very worried because I have no money for something like that. I asked the bankruptcy at the time my ex-husband maxing all my credit cards 2000 have been in my name. I do not know I can say that again, or can help with this 94K of debt.
I know that does not help much, but there are hundreds if not thousands of people in the same boat as you. b / k may be an option, but can not be determined by a bankruptcy attorney in your area. Unfortunately, I know this does not help much, but in the eyes of the law and the agreement signed you still owe the balance due on money borrowed to buy the property.
