Shares of General Motors and information?

Can anyone give me a small sample of what's going with GM. Be presented its balance sheet and are now apparently "out" of it, but I'm confused with what is happening. The stock is now under the name MTLQQ? I understand that this is not open to public trading. When will it be? Thanks

GM has been divided into two separate companies. The best part the government has invested in the private sector is now owned by the government and the Auto Workers Union. And GM will be negotiated exchange for a year or two. And worst of GM, whose capital is now the symbol MTLQQ so bad because they left most of the debts accumulated by GM in recent years. His debts far exceed its value. And this stock should go down to zero time, when the company is liquidated to pay some debts.
