franchise bankruptcy issues
I owe money teaching franchises that have declared bankruptcy?

I am a student working at a tutoring business franchises about a month. I received a check from them without problem. I was one day the teacher and the school has been expelled. I can get my hands on the owner, but he informed me will be based not pay me my wages due. I contacted them and they say it is my responsibility and are not responsible. See said that could change if the owners sign a form to limit liability to students and teachers established. There are three co-owners, two of whom told me to sign this, however, the third agreement is to avoid all the papers and did not sign. I have about $ 400 and have been closed without notice on 31 October. They are made to my knowledge. I wonder what I should do, because I seem to be running at the time of the owner who hired me as headquarters. "I can file a lawsuit against the owners, and if so, how should I proceed?
