Why do i receive letters from the Bankruptcy court of florida if i don’t even work?
This is e 3rd letter i receive from the bankruptcy court from orlando, To be honest i dont even speak english, well and i dont understand legal terms like these… but this is worrying me a lot. so far i read and i understood that there is a corporation who have not paid to its ex employes and one of them is claimin like 200 000 dlls, but trust me… I am a simple student i have 2 years without working, and i havelived in texas for 3 years and its the only place where i have ever lived. the envelopes have my name and adress, but the actual documents inside never speak about me, there is nowhere i can read my name or nothing like that… WHAT SHOULD I DO?? somebody could have stolen my identity ????
Alice’s answer is exactly the right thing to do. I’d add that you could also get your priest or minister to read them for you.
