Personal bankruptcy in California?

I have more than 80k of debt, AVG 60k per year, have a 401K to 75K (but does not give me leave and have already borrowed anvailable maxium. I cosigned a loan and my name is on a property .. payments for all CC is about $ 1,300 and $ 1,800 net. I have to pay the rent. I can not afford to make my monthly payments and want to make a balance. Should I? "I can? What if I could qualify for withdraw my 401k, and the reward of my debt would. However, the IRS is not to pay cc difficult to do. It could also transfer the name of the property to another person, so it would not feel if I go bankrupt? I do not want to drag other people with my problems!
