I had perfect credit, because I was a teenager. Last year, they have opened a business and failed miserably. We tried to sell to any possibility that the lease is too high. We just lower the prices drastically, but my lawyer told a couple of weeks at the lowest price, then I'll have to file personal bankruptcy. It makes me sad but I have no choice. But I am filing, not my husband. Most of our debts are in both our names to the transfer. It will be on my record of six years after discharge. I'm in Canada. Me afraid that will affect our house that when it comes to renewing my husband can not benefit from their own. Do you have to re-qualify every new mortgage or are safe for over 25 years, provided that you pay each month? We have 5 children and just need peace of mind.
I advise people with their finances and I do not recommend bankruptcy. I would like to reduce the price further. Do you have an agent trying to sell to you? If not, you should get one. If you have one, you may need to find another market more aggressively. It seems that you might take on some temporary work for extra money. What is your lease guaranteed? If you not have to worry about losing your home or car, or something, I pay what I could afford each month on the contract and leave a little later. It will be the heart beat a little Credit, but failure will destroy the heart of credit. So if you really are not afraid of losing, I would talk to the person in charge of your lease and aware of the financial heart. If you contact them and tell them what you can afford or can work with u. If they do not, then still only pay what you can. If they try to sue for money or take your company or something, you can always declare bankruptcy that time and prevent them from taking any active as long as ur heart of bankruptcy.
