Filing Bankruptcy On Taxes Owed

The inheritance of money before filing Chapter 7 …?
I am about to receive an inheritance of about 20K, and my husband and I decided to plead bankrupt soon. We parents have about 15K for a loan, they gave us credit to pay our maps a year or two. We hope to sign the money (Reserve enough to pay estate taxes) along to pay this debt and use the money to pay the bankruptcy attorney and court costs. Is this possible or say the court should have paid other creditors to D'heritage? My in-laws can provide documents for the loan amount and gave us the check is my husband has the story … The loan laws on our behalf, but we made payments for months and intend to collect us. They took a second mortgage in this regard. We also intend to use the extra money to pay some small debts off.
Judy is absolutely right. Before signing anything, and pay more than 15K you need for the passage of the family, you need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney to find out how to do it legally. New Bankruptcy laws have changed and distributed to fraud could be similar, even if you know what you pay for. Just as in relation to the movement of money can cause any bankruptcy dismissed. A bankruptcy attorney Goodwill see free initial consultation and you can see what to do before the presentation. Good luck!
