Filing Bankruptcy And Mortgages

filing bankruptcy and mortgages
The bankruptcy, but keeping a mortgage bank can leave?

My nurse had huge medical bills a few years and was forced into bankruptcy last fall. He was released recently. Bankruptcy does not understand their mortgage or a balloon mortgage she and her husband made when they bought their house. She says she was both loans to make payments every month without fail during the bankruptcy. Yesterday I received a letter from the Bankruptcy Court saying he was the creditor asked to give up his property. Does this mean that one or two of these loans are called, despite their willingness to pay each month? I'm worried for her, not see lose your home. Is there anything I can do? It is a good and honest person who does everything right, just after a long period of terrible odds.

Your sister did not need advice on Yahoo, you need a lawyer. I would go to the attorney who handled the bankruptcy and advice. If she did not submit to a lawyer, I would contact your attorney who specializes in bankruptcy law to determine your rights. The bank has plenty of high-lawyers paid for their part, and she is not someone who represents it, that little of what is good or bad, it seems that the bank plans to have its license to the property.
