Want to start over in the U.S. with my Canadian credit card / accounts?

I dived with the bills, I'm about to bankruptcy, and companies looking for money, and I am broke! I met a girl online in Canada and start my life (credit) again. Is it possible? Is that all invoices, credits or other actions to follow? This question relates particularly if I choose not to declare bankruptcy and leave alone. Obviously, if I leave my debts will be gone anyway.

We Canadians and because of work, bank ends through the United States. Because I had no credit rating, which could not receive a credit card. It was after a flawless credit history. The houses we lived in was paid completely. We ended up getting a loan map, but we had to put money to the credit limit, and was held as collateral. MC and Visa may be the same name, but they are managed as individual entities and as such records are not shared. As an expatriate, it will be harder for you to obtain credit, you have nothing to tie you in Canada (again, bought a house in another country, and had trouble getting a mortgage, even if the bank had the money to pay cash for the house.) In addition, you will not be able to open a bank account in Canada without any immigration documents, and those that are very difficult obtain, unless you already have a job lined up trying to escape from a deeper problem than just debt. To get to this point, we had to ignore the many signs along the way that you are off track. You should come to a counselor to fix your credit situation. Otherwise, it is likely to end in the same way it is in a few years on the road. Seek help now, not to believe in magical solutions, and the flight.
