Bankruptcy Court of the United States in New York reviewed the state or federal court?
I read about the scandal of the Ponzi scheme Madoff, I am not sure if the U.S. bankruptcy court is considered the state or federal. This case was filed in bankruptcy court in New York United States, but if that is considered the state (which I'm not sure if it is), also could face a trial in Federal Court?
