discharge from bankruptcy uk
Freed from its bankruptcy, I can get a mortgage (United Kingdom)?

I was discharged from bankruptcy a year ago, all my debts have been erased. I've been renting for a year with good references. Would it be easy for me to get a mortgage loan and what kind of mortgage do you think I could get. Any help would be welcome.

Given the current global crisis and that is mainly to give mortgages to people who could afford it, I seems highly unlikely that you could be eligible to … and you can find a lender, it is likely that if you have a down payment of 25%, especially in fly interest rates to protect against losses. Save as possible down payment, thus entering into the contract with some equity and a better chance of getting a measure "fair" deal … Good luck!
