declaring bankruptcy on medical bills
Is there a waiting period after you load anything to declare bankruptcy?

I recently had to load a large number of medical bills on my credit card due to unexpected expenses to a recent operation. I medical insurance, but a larger deductible and co-payments. I'll never be able to pay my rent and contact with maps card companies got nowhere. I have not been late on payments yet but will be soon. Is there a waiting period between the last position and declaring BK?

I do not know if there is a time limit or not (I hope someone can answer this question), but if not late in payments, however, you must obtain a refundable credit and maybe you can look at other options – a consolidation loan, maybe? Or at least the same credit card, call to yoru and explain what he has done — not want to wait for bankruptcy to get some (which you always get 100%) of what you owe. Ask them to cut interest rates and allows you to make smaller payments … maybe you try to work with OU soybeans are required to declare BK.
