Debt Relief Order Form
Orders for Debt Relief? I, m request but there are a couple of questions before me. You help?
I fill all the requirements to be eligible for a DRO but I am now unemployed and have less than 50 pounds a month spare, so if I can get a good job and my income just go in the spare limit 50 pounds? Also one of the questions on the form is drug "has ever been made bankrupt before?" Or something like that. Well, I've been made bankrupt before, but it was 14 years ago. Would this make a difference now? Cheers 4 and help. Ps All my debts are below £ 15 Grand. 3 You do not know what are you talking about
I think you should mention if you get space on the way to explain how long ago it was. I could fill in the form now and receive the debts stopped. Then, when you sort that I think you will find that there are a lot of help to you return to work and these people are not dragged into debt again just because you are getting on their feet. Good luck, I know a lot of people in his position and is doing well and with vision. Maintain positive attitude!
