I stummped?
I owe my fellow card try to pay 2500 dollars, but since im economy still in a position .. i said id pay As well as a payment laughed. I really have nothing they can take. I still pay my car and I lost my house .. besides my family and I use the car to work and school. I have lost 60% of my income. I was told that the lawyers will come next. but maybe .. I even thought somthing pay. as 10 or 20 per month, when I can. not every month. may still try to hurt me .. eventhough my salary is enough to PG & E and food to pay my car and my rent .. im at a lost. I know I owe money to my creditors. Ive tried to negotiate, but they do not care about me or my finace. It feels like I can get anywhere .. am California. So what are the laws in Cali on this .. and what I can .. program of Debt Relief are a joke I hear you are only paying money to another person who can be my money. also unreliable. this is not the only creditor. There are other 5 .. Ople help with advice .. thanks
First, you should look at getting a second or even third jobs to compensate for the loss of 60% of salaries and support his family. Is your wife work? If not, she must be. You need to get out of this debt and spending STOP! Because the only other way out is bankruptcy. Good luck.
