Debt Relief Order – Take the money from the partner company?
i starting a DRO and I just opened an Abbey and Lloyds TSB account basic bank. I owe money to Mint (RBS), the Virgin, Halifax, Barclay 's, Capital One and Alliance and Lester. My question is whether the money I pay my bills new basic bank (Abbey and Lloyds TSB) Halifax can withdraw money from Lloyds and Alliance and Lester Abbey ??????????
No, you can not; The point of the DRO is that no collection activity is permitted. DRO Ask your counselor about this they will know what is current practice,
