Debt Relief Agency Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy or Debt Relief?
I do not know if I file for Chapter 7 or use a relief agency debt I owe it all 15k in debt unsecured, and 80k in student loans. I started filling out paperwork to submit, but I'm starting to doubt it.
The bankruptcy will not do anything for their student loans. See if you can get your student loans deferred for a bit and work on getting the other debts paid off. debt relief will also ruin your credit. If there is any way you can work a second job or make cuts to keep caught up, do it.
