What is the best way out of debt faster. Are there tools to help you get started online?

Really I want to get out of debt, but do not know where to start. Do some research online, but some websites are very confusing. I just need help getting started. I spoke also with a Credit Counseling Company called "InCharge Debt Solutions and say they can get out of debt in 25 months, which seems good for me. My only concern is that I will be able to buy a house in the coming years, as I expected. Do not want to completely destroy my credit, but do not want to worry about credit card by high debt interest y. I also examined the credit cards with low interest cards and balance transfer rate 0, but not approved for anything decent. So where I can get help and what should I do? I really hope someone can help me and give good advice or links on the site where to begin. I really want to do this and still be able to buy a house. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Then you're ready to make our debt. Great! Now the work begins. Stay away from debt consolidation. It will not help. You set a budget and begin to "pay yourself first" Now the list of all debts, all totals. You have two lists, wants and needs you now only spend money on needs. Needs: rent, transportation, food and health care. That's being honest and wanting a new car, but you need a ride. You want new shoes, but the first will do. You want your coffee from Starbucks but you have to use Folgers at home. Take all credit cards, but you and then in a freezer ziplock bag, fill half full of water and put in the freezer. Now and then not paying the minimum. Pay the one with the higher interest rates higher, and the next. Sorry, not funny. But it will be fun when you're debt free. You can then establish a new budget to keep new items and pay cash for them. Boy I feel good. Good luck and check the website for help. www.clarkhoward.com
