Reopen a closed bankruptcy case?
What are the odds of a motion to reopen a closed bankruptcy case?
Attorney didn’t file the Credit Counseling certificates for our Chapter 7 bankruptcy…and as a result the case was closed without discharge.
What are the chances of it being reopened, and how long will it take before we get this discharged?
No matter what you do, there is absolutely no guarantee that your debts will be discharged. It seems to me that you could file again with the proper paperwork and naturally a different attorney.
