Credit Card Debt Relief Nonprofit
Debt Relief help?
I have two credit cards and a loan that really need help and ensure the consolidation of the payments, together with interest. Is there any help that is non-profit that can help with this? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
Do not use solutions CREDIT! After having been with Credit Solutions for more than a year now, I have concluded that the company promises more than it can deliver. For starters, and most importantly, Credit Solutions makes remarks during his sales pitch that are not only misleading but downright false. The first time is apparent is that Credit Solutions promises to contact the client once a month to check up on things such as contact information and the balance of the funds saved. While there may be a or two months, when this happens, in recent times, Credit Solutions has been called or did not care. In addition, sales pitch, the prospect is led to believe credit solutions that have a relationship with credit companies and therefore can act as an intermediary for the credit companies to wait while The customer deposits money in a savings account and therefore brings the money to work toward an agreement sometime in the future. I personally remember this statement almost word for word, as it was one of the most compelling reasons for taking Credit Solutions. This is not just a bald faced lie. Card companies credit (many of them do not work with credit solutions) continue to add interest, harassing phone calls and bill you, regardless of any supposed relationship, says he has. Moreover, nothing is said during their sales pitch about how a credit card company can still go to the track legal (arbitration and then a claim) at any time except to point out that Credit Solutions is strictly not act legally on behalf of the client. Although this "Warning" is made, clearly, is overlooked when the potential customer actually asks if lawsuits are something to consider. "I almost never going to happen." is the answer. (Of the 12 credit accounts that have been handed over to Credit Solutions, 4 have gone to arbitration and another 2 to court. This is a whopping 50% of the accounts of a single customer! There is nothing to indicate that this number is unusual.) In addition to the misrepresentation of the legal possibilities, Credit Solutions gives the client the impression an efficient and professional office only until the client really needs to contact the company with a problem. The calls are not returned the same day, and most times not at all. When asked on Arbitration, the standard answer is "We do not handle Arbitration."-Leaving customers uninformed and ill prepared. The customer service representatives "who do offer to work with the client on the subject tend to shine again in the legal, as if Arbitration is merely a minor inconvenience. If something like a legal point of view involved, are quick to rely on their so clearly disclaimer stipulated in the contract. "We are not a legal representation." When it puts everything else to misleading claims discussed above, the answer is "Do you have that in writing?" The statements, of course, never put in writing. Credit Solutions insists fax all forms and documents received. They constantly say that faxes are received "on account" within 3-5 days. This time, it is a big problem as many times faxes have not been found in my account Two weeks or more after having been faxed! It's hard to feel comfortable with a company that knows his own shortcomings. When the fax is a legal letter, makes things even worse. When things come to a legal point, the client is left with a feeling of despair. No amount of "We do not do legal perhaps need to get a lawyer 'will relieve feelings of betrayal of one company is paying (and paying a lot!) supposedly because of his experience (and as relationships with business credit legendary.) Fear and anxiety can not be easily swept away when the client sits waiting by the phone someone from the company will call and they will be able to help. Contact with credit solutions, the customer is subjected to a security check and then into the labyrinth phone. maze of phone credit solutions is irritating to say the least. Besides being asked to confirm the customer status not only in each call, but by every person the customer speaks, the phone system will also reduce calls, give vague instructions and circular transmission before the client feels frustrated or angry and hangs up. Everyone that the client actually does speak in person is committed to disseminating the messages of the phone, but as already pointed out: return calls a customer with a problem that seems to be a low priority. The customer is angry, disillusioned and without recourse, as legal problems loom in their immediate future. As for mail voice, which is sublime to suggest that this is a joke with Credit Solutions. I have NEVER had anyone return a voice mail message and in fact, was informed by a credit Specialist that no one checks the voice mail. Finally, when an offer to settle an account comes to Credit Solutions, there is no guarantee that Credit Solutions will with the customer in time of the offer is valid. At least three times we've had this problem, and once ended up paying more for the credit card company its first offer. Credit Solutions was to blame, but did nothing to correct or nor alleviate the problem. It is quite obvious that Credit Solutions is a company that has grown too fast for their own good. You can not keep up with its sales promises, can not keep up with their customers (as promised) and can not keep up with credit card companies (also promised). Could I have signed with Credit Solutions had known the problems? No. What I can stay with them now I'm more educated about their practices? Well, I'm still paying the service "monthly fees, it seems more than probable. I'm spending my time is best I can do whatever I can to educate other potential customers of this company for deceptive advertising practices and performance problems.
