Relief program debt to bankruptcy?

I have 22 years of age. I have more than $ 25,000 in debt. Credit cards, loans unsecured, and some other things. I am a student working part time, this debt does not include my student loans are in deferment. Only I have 6k in student loans. Anyway, I only work part time, barely make enough to live. I live with my parents. I'm in school full time. My question is should I file bankruptcy? Is there some kind of Debt Relief grant might ask? Or should I make a debt relief program? That sucks, but I think if only to maintain head straight and hard work, you can leave it. Maybe you should consider getting a student loan is big enough to help to pay the debt of others, as most student loans, you do not have to pay interest until one year after graduation. I do not know about declared bankrupt. I know it seems very difficult, but you must learn to budget your money and stop spending in the garbage that is not necessary.
