company card credit leads me to court? If I myself get a lawyer or consult a lawyer Debt Relief?
ok so I'm just 20 years of age. my boyfriend and I spent 7312.00 BUT we're not together … so he stopped helping pay by credit card I had in my name? but now credit card is like 12000.00! a burrow collection has been contacted and we will go to court they said 26% of my salary? I was told many people disappointed?? I do not know him well? haha so I should go to debt or bankrupsy lawyer or just a reg. lawyer and how much will it cost?
You is being fleeced by law. The credit card companies have worse ethics than a slug and do not have much legal recourse. Chances are they are entirely responsible for the total amount, however, can only go after your husband for his share of responsibility. Twenty years ago, we had laws that people ursury prevents excessive fees were charged. (A bank tried to coerce my daughter 20 years of age to get a credit card even though it was out of work! Rates were absurd.) My suggestion is to work for the Green Party and Ralph Nader in the presidential election next month. He is the only candidate who will work toward consumer laws and fair application. The other candidates are bought by the contributions of the elections (banks, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies). America is being fleeced and should have better protection for consumers.
