Out of Debt!?
I'm about $ 4,200 of debt on the four cards that all types of interest are two numbers between 16-28%. It fears. minimum payments are too high and I'm sorry. I was seriously thinking of going to a counseling agency, in particular, Debt Consumer Credit Counseling Service, but I heard mixed reviews.
