Clearing Bankruptcy Off Credit Report
I want to fix my credit, ran my report, I would buy a house and rent it.?
I have a bankruptcy in the spring of 1500 only in September 07.I credit card provided, and the 5000 in my car I have. When is the right time to buy something? Should I pay my debts? I am currently unemployed but you should find something fast … my credit score is 540, any advice? I have access to some 40,000 in a retirement fund, and I stand. If I get a house, I be able to deduct the interest and be able to detail my taxes this year then, right? despite living at home?
Rated 540, you really have to wait and pay all your debts. Is this the only negative bankruptcy in your report? This low score, I guess there are additional elements or unpaid that negatively affect your score. Do not touch the pension fund. You should aggressively pay off their debts and save at least 5% for a down payment. If you are unemployed, it is impossible get a mortgage now.
