claiming personal bankruptcy in canada
I live in Canada, I claimed personal bankruptcy, its been almost 6 years, will it still show on my record…?

after the 7 years?
I don’t think you understand my question, I am saying after I served the 7 year bad credit record (bankruptcy) will it clear ( not show that I ever went bankrupt)

Bankruptcy stays on your record for 7 years, and you have to apply to be cleared of the Bancruptcy. If you did not finish everything off with the lawyer, as in pay all of their fees; all the I’s dotted and T’s crossed they may not clear you.

Whatever your credit record is will show.

Blessings,
Rani
